Putting the All-Ireland Pollinator Plan into Practice in the Community

A workshop for community groups and individual landowners who want to develop their understanding of common wild pollinating insects in Mayo, and how to go about helping to preserve them.

Apart from pollinator lifestyles and needs, we will be looking at resources from the Irish Pollinator Initiative, especially their Guidelines for Communities, and discussing practical steps to starting your own pollinator conservation project.

Limited places; course funded by the Mayo County Council Heritage Office.
